My family is having a very challenging time with the Jimmy Singh brothers. Initially, they obtained signatures from my parents to sell their home without clearly explaining the terms of engagement and termination prior to signing. They later said, in fact, it was a "standard 6-month contract," when in reality, it was a 9-month contract, and when we asked about the process of termination, the agent said, "I don't know, I'll ask, and get back to you." And we never received any information. As we tried to make the best out of the situation, Jimmy then sent an initial MLS draft of our home, which he said was based on his notes, that not only falsely represented the features of our home but missed several key factors. The word worthless is defined as having no real value or use. One can’t help but feel that is the description that would be used regarding our experience with the agent from this branch. From the moment we went to look at the open house and even went back to the second one, he couldn’t be bothered to show up and sent others who had no information, nor did they want to help when asked questions. After we made an offer he continued to be deceptive and extremely unhelpful to us and our agent as a buyer, using different excuses and lies to our agent. Finally at our closing, what a surprise!
