One of the hidden Gems of St. Louis. Very nice and clean place. They are like a village. Very helpful people. Sometimes the kids go across the street to the neighboring neighborhoods and shoot fireworks at each other. Would totally recommend this place to you. Also 3 minutes from downtown with a great view of Busch stadium and the Arch

Its ok as long as you stay to yourself and mind your own business. Some of the kids cuss and fight. Dont like that around my son.i often hear random shots at night.

Very upset with the living conditions. Shots can be heard all thru the night. Musics is played in the wee hrs of the morning. Drugs are sold and used right in the faces of elders, children and adults as myself. Police are powerless and show a lack of concern. What the hell. Welcome to the Peabody Projects. Also, kids are claiming the same gang as their father's did. Blood in, Blood out. Why did I leave Farlin? Oh yes, I thought I could save some $money, pww; rent goes up every two months. Damn, am I really here? !!!!!

WISHING I COULD RATE THIS A NEGATIVE 5 STARS INFESTED WITH ROACHES AND MICE...THEY HAD A FEW CATS COME ON THE PROPERTIES TO GET RID OF THE MICE...WTH? HORRIBLE DO NOT LIVE HERE
