Clifton Place

Living here 1.5 months. Close to busy road & constant honking. It's a place to live... not a place to call home. Garbage pile up in small bins in parking lot, tight parking, cars always being hit. Kitchen counter space 24" x 11.5", water quality (don't drink! pH 7.2 & water hardness reading = 297). All the window sills had dusk/dirt gunk, AC & radiators fill w/ dust, debris swept under radiators; toilet bowl & tank - brown stains. Noisy (cars, adjacent properties, other tenants); narrow 1-way st, construction directly across, loud music, slamming doors, etc. Some neighbors leave their bag of garbage & trash overnight in the corridor. Many tenants have little regard for others & blast their music! Ppl constantly galloping up/down the stairs Bldg violations for 2 yrs still posted - unresolve

Living here for 2 months and the bathroom has a leak from the tenet above. Super and manager notified and still waiting for repairs.
