Clermont Ridge Senior Villas

The community is beautiful, full of independent residents. They are very engaging and up to different activities. The manager Trudy is always very involved and open to add services that benefit the residents, from health care to block parties. One of the best communities that I worked with. Always a pleasure from the residents, to maintenance to the property manager!

My experience here, has been very pleasant. People are friendly and Clermont management team is wonderful. Anytime I need something, the Maintenance person Tomas is fast, efficient, and easy on the eyes. And Trudy, runs the office like a tight ship, she has everything in place and she has an answer for everyone. Very caring, friendly, and efficient, and loving. Management at Clermont Ridge are very understanding and welcoming. I love living at Clermont Ridge.

I enjoy Clermont Ridge. I come on the Property to service their AC and it’s always a pleasure working with the Property Manager Trudy. She’s down to earth, professional, understanding, and bubbly. She doesn’t just sits behind the desk. She gets out on the Property and gets involved. Tomas Maintenance is one of the most helpful and hard working Maintenance. If Trudy wasn’t the Property Manager, this property won’t be as beautiful as it is. Truly an Asset.

I'm a current resident at Clermont Ridge. My move-in experience was great. Trudy the Property Manager and Tomas the Maintenance are very helpful. Whenever, I see Tomas he ask how I'm doing and I tell him I need a work order put in and it gets completed on time. If I have a question, Trudy is always available to assist me. In my opinion I believe Clermont Ridge has the best management team. Trudy works very hard to get her work done in a timely manner. She has a big heart and cares for us seniors. Sometimes Trudy works long hours to make sure everything is done. For a woman who is raising 3 boys on her own and takes care of this property whew! I don’t know how she does it. Our maintenance is always down with no hesitation. Tomas is kind and pleasant. He has a great sense of humor and listens to our needs. I’ve lived here for 3 years and never had a problem.
