Clermont Apartments

I've been a tenant at Clermont Apartments for many years and I recently moved from a 1 bedroom into an upgraded 2 bedroom. The transition was smooth and taken care of in a timely manner. Clermont Apartments is a nice place to live an convenient to the stores and train stations. I've seen managers come and go and Kassandra (property manager) has been doing an excellent job, she always make sure things are needed, done and taken care of as soon possible and Ray (maintenance) does the same. I would definitely recommend Clermont Apartments.

The communication from the management team could improve tremendously. The neighbors in the area are nice and helpful, however, walls are super thin (the family above me is super cool but extremely noisy), ventilation is not sanitary, have to pay for parking in an open lot, and too many rules about what you can/can’t have on your balcony.

I have lived at Clermont Apartments for almost six years, and it has been a wonderful experience. The community here is very welcoming, and the location is fantastic; close to everything you could need. The staff are always helpful and responsive whenever issues arise, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant living environment. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a nice place to call home!

I have lived on the property for almost a year and I haven’t had any major problems. The property is clean and the property manager Kassandra is super respectful and very informative about the property! Anytime I needed anything fixed or handled in my apartment it was handled expeditiously! I am very pleased! When things happen that are out of the property manger’s control Kassandra tries her best to keep the residents informed and make accommodations if needed.

Kassandra is very professional, caring and attentive. I have received great customer service from her on several occasions. She updates you on any issues, concerns or needs that she is working on and she always inform you to be vocal with anything you need or issues you have. Me and my family has been so happy and for that I am grateful. Your appreciated Kassandra keep it up. 🙏🏽
