Clear Title Company

I deeply regret allowing Carrissa Pulido to handle escrow during my home purchase. There were problems after closing, from mistakes which resulted in HOA late fees as well as inheriting a previous lien. Upon reaching back out to Carrissa, she stated she would look into it. However, no further action was ever taken on her part, as the lien issuer stated they received no contact from this title company. When I called her again, she had the nastiest attitude. That was just unacceptable. I had to chase down the check from another office to resolve this on my own since she just stopped responding. After this experience, I will never involve them in my future deals and would advise anyone against doing business with this individual.

Seriously? Maybe this is how they do things in Vegas, but $880 charge for "gift cards" for their staff? Apparently it was a "typo", but it was still a debit. They also failed to get the payoff on time. Please use caution as selecting a reputable title company is very important.
