Clear Harbor Apartments

I am not a tenant yet, on waiting list but I have to post a review based on the communication I have had since I put in a request for an apt . I have been more than pleased with the professionalism on how I was treated with questions I had with my status etc. Questions answered with no rush etc. I have spoke with Cassandra afew times and always pleasant. Unfortunately I don’t remember the name of other female I spoke with. So far so good afar as my interaction with management. Thanks……update moved in over year ago on my second lease and absolutely love my apt! Maintenance guys are great! Office Staff Very Helpful. Took a year to get an apt but worth the wait! TY! 🌻

I’ve been living here for close to three years and have to say the maintenance guy ( Fitz) has been extremely helpful and very knowledgeable in the things he know. He always show up with a smile like he’s ready to work! Each time he has came into my apartment he communicated throughly with me about the items that needs to be fix. It’s a pleasure interacting with him, and I am very pleased as a tenant.

lived here for a year now and for the most part I like it a lot just hard to get in contact with property managers but over all a nice place to live!! Ok so now i've been here for 2 years going on 3 and the property is under NEW management and must say this one is a very nice lady compared to the one before her..I love living here now that the old manger is gone! :)

I lived here for one year paid my rent and had no issues...I gave my notice as requested in writing and then was told they are still keeping my deposit. I began to receive several notices each day some notices directly contradicted my lease. I was also notified in writing that I owe $10, but never told for what reason. If this isn't as childish as it gets... really $10 all because I was moving out.... Conclusion these apartments are great if you don't plan on ever leaving... what out for Judith can you say Bi-polar? Her actions are such a disappointment:(

Went in for some information and was rudely interrupted by the front desk staff, she was very unprofessional and was reluctant to even give us an application because we made too much money.. I understand the circumstances but the customer service needs some severe restructuring. Also not impressed with their hours of operations. I have never seen an apartment complex who is open 3 days out of the week.
