I was a bachelor when I first moved in. I had an emotional support animal which is known as a pit bull. Clear and Concise accepted my baby and me. I dont have a perfect past, but Clear and Concise gave me a second chance opportunity. They gave me a place to stay when other rental companies wouldn't consider me because of my past. I work hard, I pay taxes, I do a lot of service work in the community and this place helped make life better. Clear and Concise was a stepping stone for me to get to a better place in life. From day one, the level of professionalism and basic upkeep was unacceptable—especially for an apartment costing $1,430 per month. To begin with, I was never given a walk-through of the unit prior to moving in. I had to specifically ask for a key to the laundry room, and to access my own mailbox, I was told I had to go to the post office and pay for the key myself—with the promise of being reimbursed, which is completely backwards. Extremely unprofessional, rude and condescending. A year ago during an ice storm in creswell a tree fell on my home causing 17k in damages. We had been trying to have the tree removed for years as it was the responsibility of management because land was leased. When we contacted management she was condescending and rude tell me to "grow up". We tried to get insurance info from management, clear and concise would not give us the info to contact the land owners insurance. We ending up seeking out the owners of the land by passing property management entirely, they didn't like that, he promptly filled an insurance claim. After contacting the land owner property management started harassing us about rules around the park that have never been enforced every time we got a notice we would promptl

Sadly, they just don't care about doing the right thing for the property. Condescending with communication at times and instead of offering solutions to making the property better with the owners, they offered me to move out and look for another place to live. Sad really. I see so much potential with the property to keep it nice for the future. Too bad the management company can't see it. I do plan to speak to the owner, but not sure he even cares? Hard to know, as the property management waivers back and forth about what he can decide and what they have control over in the decision making process for the property. Overall, timely responses, but they are usually passive aggressive or condescending and don't get much done.

I just wanted to see the size of the home before committing to them, and they won’t even schedule a viewing. Not a company that that would trust.
