This place is a scam they will lie to you take 50 dollars a piece from each adult act like it’s ok if you don’t have good credit I even told her the credit scores she insisted that we fill it out that it didn’t matter about the credit now today she don’t call me back or text me. I called her from my work phone and she answered she lied. Her name is Sherry. Don’t trust her she don’t wanna give the money back. This is one way they make their money and it’s not right, i’m going to try to do something about it because it’s not fair at all $150 for nothing. It’s a scam. She said we got denied because of credit and she said that credit score didn’t matter-

We have used Classic Realty for over 30 Years and always have found them to be fair to us and to the tenants. Many of or rentals have been long term tenants, some for over 20 Years. This helps all parties, Classic Realty, the rental and the owner. Jennifer has maintenance contractor that respond to air conditioning and heating very rapidly to keep 0ccupents cool or warm depending upon the situation. I think rental rates are below average for Lexington as they keep our units occupied very rapidly when a vacancy does occur. Classic Realty has been easy to work with over the years. I rate them highly.
