Working Classic Living Homes was genuinely a wonderful experience--- both times! We went with Bernie and his team 6 years ago. He delivered us a beautiful home on time and on budget. When it was time to move across town and design and build a new home, we immediately partnered with Bernie and Classic Living Homes. Not for a moment did we regret our decision. Our completed home exceeded all our hopes and expectations. My advice when working with Bernie is to listen to him, leverage his vast experience, and you will not go wrong. Best Builder in the Greater Cincinnati tri-state area. Phenomenal experience building our home. This builder was on time, on budget and on top of everything - high trust, integrity and work ethic. CLC takes no vendor kick backs, puts you as the customer first and provides full tranparency into their plan/process. All sub-contractors spoke highly and said CLC is the best and only hires the best. Bernie is a fabulous leader with building, design and engineering talent and decades of experience. Wouldn't change anything in our process!
