Mold in the shower, loose ceiling fixtures, loose trim pieces, toilet not secured, garage frame loose, sink holes, cracked grout, loose floor tiles. Superintendent and warranty not interested in helping. Classic builds beautiful neighborhoods; but workmanship is crap, and they run away from repairs. My new home in Forest Lakes has been nonstop repairs of poor workmanship. Ask my neighbors; they will tell you the same. Run from Classic; they don’t care about quality.

I feel like my Classic Homes experience can be wrapped up in the phrase, 'cutting corners.' Small things that just dig at the quality of the visible items makes me worry what shortcuts were taken that I cannot see behind walls, etc. While I'm starting to feel like this is specific to my building supervisor, not one person at Classic seems to think there is a problem. I'm just a customer who is too demanding of their team. Meanwhile, the neighbors in my new subdivision who didn't have my build and warranty team, seem to be having a much better experience than me and my neighbors with Seth and team. When I bring up items that I don't believe are up to par, I'm often painted as the unreasonable customer that expects more than wood caulk to fix damages they caused. While I love my new home and

I took my parents to look at a model home in Monument, the “Savannah” specifically. They liked the plan very much but unfortunately the sales representative was not very helpful or willing to give them very much information. It could have been that it was a Friday afternoon and he was ready to go home.

Jackson creek honestly has the most stuck up mean irrational human beings living there. And that's not everybody, but close to all. I wish people would stop acting higher than each other and treat each other as equals.
