Clarus Berkley Heights

Absolutely despicable!! Where does one even begin? For starters, that enormous “Luxury” sign plastered across the leasing building? Nothing more than a lie. Even a peasant in medieval Europe had more luxury. The only luxury this apartment complex offers is faulty plumbing, flickering hallway lights (if you are lucky), nonexistent amenities, constant inspections, never ending construction (at 11pm at night,) a mortifying garage that looks like a back alley in a horror movie and the occasional flood. Oh, but it doesn’t stop there, why have an organized mailroom where the tenants of the apartment can easily find their parcels? When you can have a mailroom full of packages messier than Thanksgiving dinner at your in laws house on election year!! As an additional compliment of this luxurious

Clarus Berkeley heights is a beautiful luxury community! Any concerns that I have are quickly dealt with by the management team and Aldo, my Super, is efficient and skilled and handling all of my issues. If I have any urgent matter Aldo comes to the rescue!!

I had such a wonderful experience at Berkeley Heights Clarus Apartments! From the moment we first visited, everything was smooth, easy, and welcoming. A huge thank you to John, who was so nice, responsive, and caring throughout the entire process. He was always quick to answer questions and made everything clear and stress-free. Also, big compliments to the Super, Aldo — he’s amazing! Aldo is extremely helpful, very fast whenever you need something, and truly cares about the residents. The building itself is absolutely beautiful — everything is spotless, organized, and very well-maintained. The hallways, lobby, and common areas are always clean, and you can really see the effort put into keeping it such a nice place. Clarus Berkeley Heights is a phenomenal living experience! This luxury apartment complex is a brand new community that offers a wide range of amenities including a beautiful outdoor space for grilling, elegant social lounges, a business center, a theater, a billiards lounge, and a stunning fitness center! Additionally, the management team is super friendly and very responsive, they truly pay close attention to every detail to ensure that all tenants are receiving the highest experience. Overall, Clarus Berkeley Heights has been an amazing experience for our family, we are thrilled with our decision to move here!
