Claro Court Apartments

Richard and Susana have made my experience so smoothly when it comes to my move in! They were always so responsive & quick with attending to my needs. The lot is clean, the unit was remodeled. I’m beyond excited to be here.

Santi was amazing, very friendly, and knowledgeable. He definitely takes pride in Claro Court Community. The facility was very nice, the courtyard is beautiful. Personally, I would like to see the beautiful fountains up and flowing. The apartments are very welcoming.

I toured these apartments and they are great! Parking lot is neat and clean , and available carports. Apartments are really nice. I would have leased here if they had 2 bed 2 bath apartments.

This apartment complex is great Claro Court is involved with their community and have active events and they look cute. Santiago at the front is great he gives me the information I need to make my decision and he makes me feel comfortabele to ask a question and I feel like I have what I need to know which is great.

Terrible place. The office staff is extremely incompetent at their jobs and don't respond to communication from residents. The gate which is a service soppoosed to be provided legally since they advertise it didnt work during the entire time we lived there. The renovations are poorly done they put vinyl in the bathtubs, paint over screws and previous paint, there is mold and water damage in the washer and dryer space thanks to the fact they can't install washer and dryer units properly. Basically the only way id suggest living here is if your only other option is homelessness.
