Sandy was amazing! As first time home buyers, we were really focused on the "pretty pictures", but Sandy's attention to detail helped us to avoid major repair issues (old roofs, bad plumbing, etc). She was very knowledgeable about neighborhoods, and advised us again settling for something that would not be worth the money we put into it. Sandy was communicative throughout the entire process from pre-approval all the way through closing. She even went out of her way to show us a house on Black Friday! If you want a realtor that is really going to work with and for you, I would highly recommend this company!

Bought my first home with them, Cheryl Hood was my agent and she did a fantastic job. Being a first time buyer was very intimidating and nerve racking, I had a agent prior with a different company who just wasn’t working for me. I bought a home listed by this company. Let's just say I don't think they even looked at the home before listing it as they had it listed as 3 bedroom but it was 4 which was good for me but here we go with the bad. I was in town shopping for a house fast and while doing everything with the inspector the trash people were there that were supposed to have all trash removed before I came back from California and it was never taken so that was 100.00 I had to pay someone. When it came down to having my mother pick up keys they seemed very irritated and wouldn't respond to normal questions about if they knew when the owner planned to shut off water & electric so we could get everything turned on. Back to the keys, I didn't even receive more than 1 key and never received keys to the screen door.

One of the most atrocious experiences I have had in quite some time. I would not recommend Clarksville Reality to anyone especially with Kyra an agent working for this company. After reaching out to her a week ago she sent me a listing with five houses to choose from to view. I told her I wanted to see two of the ones she sent me. She said we may have another house you may be interested in, so I said just add it to the two your going to show me. I said my schedule was busy and I could make time the coming weekend or the following Thursday which was a full week out. She said that under circumstances Thursday would be best because it gives her enough time to let current residents know and she would call me day of with place to meet.
