Clark Ridge Canyon

I went in for my tour today with Josephine leading the way. She was super kind and sweet.....made that visit a great one. The other ladies that were there were great also. When I got there Josephine was on the phone and those two ladies came out of there offices to offer assistance immediately, before I ever mentioned that I was meeting with Josephine. The maintenance guy was very nice as well, in case you're wondering, I met him as we were concluding the tour. Now that's the way to provide a warm reception. Thanks again, Josephine!

I’ve had such a great experience living here! The office staff truly makes a difference. Nat, the assistant office manager, is always so helpful and ready to assist with anything I need she really goes above and beyond. Josie, the leasing agent, is incredibly attentive and makes sure every question is answered and every concern is addressed. And Shannon, the office manager, is super sweet and always so helpful whenever I stop by. Overall, the team here is amazing, and it shows in how well they take care of the residents. I really appreciate all of them!

Booked a tour with Nat and we were convinced IMMEDIATELY and was genuinely impressed. The leasing staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions. The property itself was clean and well-maintained, with modern amenities and thoughtful details throughout. I saw it had an open layout, updated appliances, and plenty of natural light. The common areas especially the fitness center and lounge were spacious and inviting. Overall, the tour was smooth, informative, and left me with a great impression of the community. I’m strongly considering making this my next home.Nat was so helpful during the application process and even stayed longer after closing time to assure that we were welll taken care of .

Went to see the place after a friend recommended it and to get information on their availability to move in before the month ends. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!. Josephine was more than welcoming and nice, she explained everything needed and answered all my questions. She showed me the unit and was very informative as to what needed to be done to apply and what comes after. Looking forward to being approved and move-in.

I recently moved into Clark Ridge Canyon, and so far my experience has been very positive. Nat, Shannon, and Josephine are friendly, professional, and quick to respond to inquiries, which is especially important to me when I need timely answers. I noticed this level of responsiveness both before and after signing my lease. I really appreciate that all units first floor only, the included alarm system, and the overall amenities. Having an assigned covered parking space is also a big plus. The community has been very quiet so far—I rarely hear my neighbors. There are only a few minor drawbacks I’ve noticed. I’ve seen some small imperfections in the workmanship of the build (I tend to notice details others might not, being OCD 😁), though this is in no way a reflection on management. I was a
