Claremont Palms Apartments

My family and I have been living here for years and they still don't repair or maintaine our apartments and the complex properly. The "security gates" are simple to get into, there's always vagrants running around in the middle of the night and they never do anything about it, and their laundry machines always take money and or rarely work!!!

I used to rent a room, with several Cal Poly Pomona students, at this location, in the year 2016. The rooms are quite spacious. The location is great, it is walking distance from downtown Claremont, or Claremont Promenade. The place itself was clean, and I did not have any problems with other tenants. Still, it was an expensive place to live. Although, it was worth to spend every dime at this location.

Worst management ever I been living here for a years nice to live with family but management is bad the past year rats been showing up in my air conditioning system poop falling from air vents In the attic you here rats crawling and biting had an accident in apartment fire sprinkler line broke and flood all my living room and rooms hope they fix it right , these apartments are real old so whoever comes and rents here they recommend you get renters insurance !

Rude neighbor's, loud,yelling, slamming doors ,neighbor's TV surround sound is always so loud,cussing loud when I have my kids and my family over ,they hear it also,we have asked nicely to keep it down but nothing works we told landlord also nothing has been done ,me and my family love it here nice apartments been here for 2 years ,just tired of loud neighbor's that are so disrespectful...

Great spot, located close to downtown!
