Relocated here from NJ after being accepted into Family Self Sufficiency Program (HUD) . Been here 7 months . When we first got here , heard gunshots & seen someone taken away by an ambulance . Recently , bullets hit my window over the weekend and went through the front bedroom wall , and thank God none of my children were hurt 🙏🏽! It’s low income housing , so I’m not expecting anything fancy. But neighborhoods become what people make them out to be. If the people want better, they would do better . The trash left out in the grass by residents is disgusting . Large dumpster bins are provided in parking lot areas for people to properly get rid of trash , but they leave it everywhere else . This is the worst place to live they swear it’s a community for women and kids but all the gang violence and shooting robberies it’s ridiculous and they won’t fix a thing me and my 4 kids had a stove for 4 years only one eye worked I had to start cooking at 2 to be done by 6 the refrigerator won’t shut properly still haven’t gotten that fixed. The lady in the office had the nerve to tell me they not replacing it they will just fix the rubber part so it closes really they are slum lord laying up under government funding they get allotments of over900 for each apartment but can’t never fix a thing. Or answer the phone you can’t even enter the office without an appointment cause they scared to get hurt so how should the tenants feel !!!!

Nothing has been repaired since 2019!!!! No upstairs toilet. Downstairs Sink. Kitchen light. Working oven. AC unit rusted. Wall and floor due to water damage from AC leaking from the closet. The worker who claim he was working on it never came back smh neither of them constant new faces and he never returned my door pieces cause he left a key. Fire alarms still on go with the beeping. Bugs gallor just appeared after neighbors moved out just crazy. Talked to someone in July about the issues NO ONE CAME HERE YET all I got was a filter not to mention a fire extinguisher check. I lived here for 7years+ and Everytime you need assistance with something they act like you don't even exist. If your looking for a cheap and busted place to live then you will love it here.
