I was referred by a friend to come check this place out, and I must say I was extremely impressed by the professionalism from the moment I arrived. I was greeted by the property manager, who walked me through the entire process with ease and clarity. We toured three different apartments, and let me just say—they are beautiful. What truly sold me was the welcoming staff and the overall atmosphere. The property is very well-kept and clean, and it felt good to see a community that clearly takes pride in its appearance. I’m in love with my home at Clairmont Trinity. My move in was so easy and fast, thanks to the leasing consultant. Please forgive me but I’m terrible with remembering names. The apartment was clean and well maintained for my arrival. I had a minor issue that was addressed immediately with maintenance so I thank him as well.

I love living at Clairmont at Trinity! The staff are kind and professional, my 2-bedroom apartment feels luxurious (especially for what I paid), and the facilities are always clean. I feel safe and happy living here!

Stressful Experience During Pregnancy — Would Not Recommend My fiancé and I moved in hoping for a safe, clean home during my pregnancy. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely stressful and disappointing. MOLD ISSUES We discovered mold spreading on our belongings, including clothing, bags, shoes, and even furniture. We reported it, and although the high moisture levels were acknowledged, there was no proper remediation. We had to throw away multiple items and were constantly worried about health risks during pregnancy. (Photos available) PESTS We also dealt with roaches and other bugs inside the apartment. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt like I needed to share my experience. I lived at Clairmont at Trinity for three years. While there are very few positives, my final months there were frustrating and disappointing. Maintenance & Upkeep of Property: Maintenance had to patch a huge hole at the beginning of this year due to a leak and the work that was done looks like a 3 year old did it. If I had to pay for it, I would've asked them to re-do it. When we complained, they said that was a job well done. Although most of our issues were taken care of in a decent time, they weren't done the right way and they could not care. Pest control is a recurring problem.
