I enjoy working with Raymon, he is very responsive. CKM is providing bundled water, sewer, trash pick-up, landscaping, and HOA management to our new David Weekley Homes "Retreat at Oak Park" community for a price which is much less than the same bundle of services which I had to buy separately from a (1) MUD, (2) trash company, (3) independent lawn mower, and (4) HOA. Please, keep services up and the price low!
