Civic Center Plaza Apartments

I had a very disappointing experience living at Civic Centre Plaza in Peoria. Although it’s advertised as newly renovated, the building is extremely poorly maintained and genuinely unsanitary. There were frequent issues with animal urine in the elevators, hallways and incidents involving homeless individuals entering the building and defecating on the floors. As a woman living alone this building did not feel safe. As someone who has lived in a third world country, my few months at Civic Centre Plaza were definitely worse. The building does not feel safe or clean. The property manager, Shelby, was consistently unresponsive and did very little to address safety concerns or maintenance issues. Great apartment in a perfect location with excellent management! Shelby, the property manager, is incredibly helpful - always ready to assist, available at any hour, and very attentive. The maintenance team is quick and efficient, addressing issues promptly. I highly recommend this property! I am sad to leave after almost 9 months, but it is only because I am moving to another state. When I return to Peoria, I am definitely gonna be living here again!

The location was very good as it is right in the center close to work ,bars, and restaurants. The bathroom was nice, and the shower was very powerful. and it's a secure place to stay Shelby his very helpful and makes a very smooth process for the moving date

As our lease comes to an end, we want to express how much we enjoyed living at Civic Center Plaza. The location is incredibly convenient, and the building was consistently clean and secure. Shelby and the entire staff were always helpful, professional, and friendly, making our experience even better. If you're considering living in downtown, I highly recommend Civic Center Plaza. It’s been a wonderful place to call home!
