Civic at Frisco Square Apartments

Great location and amenities, but roaches and attempted fraud upon move out. I lived here for 2.5 years. The location in Frisco Square is great, the amenities are nice, and the maintenance team was excellent — always responsive and professional. The floor plan was well designed, and we were generally happy living here. Unfortunately, the leasing office was very unhelpful and disorganized. Additionally, attempted to commit fraud upon moving out. We had a pre move-out inspection where nothing was flagged, yet about a month later (after moving out of state) we were charged for damages and our deposit was kept. Living at Civic at Frisco Square for over a year truly felt like home. I honestly wish I had more time to stay, but due to other reasons, we had to move. That said, this is one of those places you leave with a full heart 😭😭 and I would absolutely consider coming back in the future. The management team made all the difference. A heartfelt thank you to Angela, Jennifer, Tina, Sarina, and Heidi for their kindness, professionalism, and constant support. Amazing place to live, all the staff is so friendly and helpful. Best apartments I've ever lived in. Always have quick service on all maintenance issues, they’ll change your air filter every month. They’re on top of letting everyone know if and when services are going on in the building. They celebrate birthdays at the end of the month, have door decoration contests and much more.

This is the worst apartment I've been in. The manager, Angela, Will not help you in anyway after your application gets approved. Their actions don't fit their promises. They AVOID telling you that you can't break your lease at any cost. They WILL charge you money after your lease is up so they can upgrade the apartment at your cost and say that you've caused property damage. The apartment is made of low-quality materials. Don't get fooled by the model room like I did. One of the 2 treadmills is broken usually. There are many additional points I can make regarding how pathetic this apartment complex and its staff are. Do not move here!!! I lived at The Civic for 2 years with no problems. I left my apartment SPOTLESS at move out. But I am now being charged OVER $800 to replace carpet, replacing subfloor, replacing a glass cooktop, and extra cleaning. All of which are routine maintenance that should occur at the owners expense if it is not considered their “standard.” NOTHING WAS DAMAGED, my deposit is gone, and I was reported to a debt collector before I could even talk to management about this issue. I am now collecting evidence for court as I refuse to pay that ridiculous amount. My time living at The Civic was peaceful and staff was extremely polite.
