Cityspace Real Estate

We have been leasing from city space at One of the marquis properties and we are very happy with them. They are very strict which is not always great for tenants with lots of cars in the parking lot but it’s great for keeping the place safe and clean. The prices for our space have gone up a lot in the last 7 years but they are still really fair for the area. They do a great job at keeping it clean and maintained. All of our neighbors are nice and keep to themselves. We’ve looked at a lot of other warehouses and none have felt as “safe” as these do. Definitely recommend working with them. Ps. Be nice to Marylin and she’ll be nice to you ;)

This review will be lengthy but it will be fair. It be won't anonymous, as my name and email address will be posted. So, readers will know I'm not a shill. I leased two commercial spaces in the 75149 area from Cityspace from Aug 2016 to July 2018. Yes, I also thought it was "quality space at fair pricing" when I moved in but now, my opinion differs (skip to last paragraph to find out). During my stay other tenants had to be evicted. According to Cityspace, it was for various reasons (e.g. non-payment, not following rules, etc.) Upon eviction, these "undesirables" took out their frustrations by vandalizing several vehicles including mine. During my stay, I also witnessed another tenant, a catering service, wash food equipment in the common driveway using tap water from a garden hose on

poor communication. very rude. Marilyn - Learn how to communicate with people, and stop saying "damn". shows me that you don't care to meet with anyone. almost could say you are being racist against me and file a law suit.
