Cityscape Park Apartments

I’ve had a great experience living at Cityscape Park Apartments! Anytime I’ve had an issue, John and Scott the management team take care of it almost immediately. They’re both professional, friendly, and truly care about the residents. It’s refreshing to live in a place where management is responsive and reliable. Highly recommend!

Although I love living here. The communication is horrible. You can NEVER get anyone to answer the phone. You have to walk or drive the another building to speak to someone just find two to three people sitting there. So if you looking for somewhere nice but don’t mind the lack of communication. You will be fine. It’s very irritating to say the least.

I have lived here since Nov 2023. I moved out when my lease was up but definitely regret doing so. The reason I left was because I was moving cities but I decided to end I’m up staying in Dallas. I was going to move between this apartment complex or one closer to my job. My husband and I ended up choosing here because we have always felt at home here. We decided to stop by right before Christmas and we connected with Jaylan. He always has the best energy for every person he encounters. After talking with him he told us to connect with Jasmine on getting us back moved in. Let me tell you Jasmine was prompt about getting us a space to live. If you guys wanna stay somewhere clean ,elegant , and with great customer service this place is definitely it John was so nice ,professional and accommodating to me and my wife not only on the tour but through the entire buying process from the apartments to the townhomes this place is truly a special one the amenities are great , the price is very good for what you get and the floor plans are magnificent. If you’re looking for your next place to stay to call home ,cityscape is definitely that place !
