CityScape at Lakeshore

Recently moved to Cityscape ... everything went smoothly. The office staff are always helpful and friendly. The floor plan of my apartment is very convenient and just seems like home. Cityscape is a quiet and friendly environment and the location is close to many businesses.

do not move here, I had lived there for almost 3 year before moving out and just know it will take them days to fix emergency fixes. I had multiple flooding in my apartment which they never fixed completely, not even when I moved out. I could never use my dishwasher. the ac was constantly breaking in the middle of the summer with zero communication on when things will be fixed. the issue isnt the people who work at the complex its the company that runs them. there is only one maintenance man working for every single apartment which is fun fair to both him and the tenants and things almost never fixed on time or done well.

I've lived here for a few months now and the apartment isn't bad. When we moved in it hadn't been cleaned though, the floor was sticky, drawers had hair and rubber bands in the, and the dryer lint looked like it hadn't been changed in a month. The rent is consistently over 100 dollars the base rent to cover community fees. The parking is horrendous. There are many covered spots, but those are for monthly fees. The open spots fill up quickly and leave you having to walk across the entire complex, up to ten minutes between my car and apartment. It doesn't sound like much but when you have to make several trips for groceries or it's pouring rain outside, it's awful.

I have lived here for a total of 2.5 years and would like to stay longer. The complex is located in nice neighborhood with tons of amenities and quick access to the freeway. It’s always clean and quiet. The office employees are always helpful, extremely friendly and always a joy to see. When it comes to maintenance issues, all I need to do is put in a request online and it gets taken care of in a timely manner. No need to bother for quicker assistance if an emergency occurs b/c they call almost right away. The apartments are bug free and if any of those creepy crawlers start to find their way inside, they are on the ball in going in and getting rid of them. I have had one issue with bugs and all I had to do was inform the office and it was addressed right away. I have not since seen anythi

Beautiful clean property. Location great for highway access and plenty of stores and food around. Qui is definitely a great asset to the Leasing team! Great move in specials and just all around happy to start my leasing journey here!
