City Walk @ Akard Apartments

The process of getting in to the building was a bit arduous, the laundry facility is in need of a serious overhaul.....But, truth be told, this place has been an amazing opportunity for me to be able to start a new life, gain the resources necessary to live, and truly be a part of a community where people are grateful for what they have and thankful for the resources this building provides to them. This is truly a community that has given me my life back again!

This is just a wonderful place to live.I love the new management catholic Charities they're so Friendly City square has this place full of drama I love it now I also work for Downtown Dallas I can just walk to work this place is safety I love it here thank you Catholic charities for saving me

I used to live there in 2017 and my husband and I were very close and I was his caretaker during his life at times. I loved him very much and miss him still and did my best to help him altho I was gone with my mother dying at that time sometimes. She is gone and he was my life and he is gone. We enjoyed living there for 3 years and my husband was happy there at times. I remember him sitting at that little table enjoying his meal. It was small but basically comfortable

I just want to say how thankful I am for the leasing office staff, maintenance crew and security team. Ms. Davette and her team. Carlos and his crew. Raul and his team. Everyone is just so great! Me, my boyfriend and our daughters really appreciate them all so much! They go above and beyond to do their best to help in any way!! Thank y'all sooo much!! ⭐🌟⭐

I lived there 3 years and I really did not like there. I was scared there and if my boyfriend had not been living with me I would have left earlier. My boyfriend died in 2017 of liver failure and a blocked intestine and I was and am heartbroken. As soon as my husband passed I got an eviction notice. The staff did not offer any condolences about my husband . The office staff was cool and stiff and did not say anything nice ever. There was not good security there although there was some sort of minimal help from a few employees sometimes it was ineffectual though. The halls were frightening and without my husband I could not stay there. I am 66 now and my husband was 65 when he passed. He was a wonderful companion to me by the way it scares me to even think about this place. It was and
