City Vista

My experience of touring and securing an apartment at City Vista has been top notch. Sunny went out of her way to accomodate me, and was patient explaining my options and listening to my needs. She took extra time showing me all my options, all the while being pleasant and profressional during what was a stressful time for me. I hope my leasing time at City Vista will be as rewarding as my initial encounter. Would reccommend 5 out of 5.

Sunny was truly a ray of sunshine! She was patient and answered all of my questions with clarity. She's a beautiful and professional young lady. She's a keeper 😁. Give her a huge raise!

Very, very nice places. Love the large bedrooms and closets, and even the bathrooms, although the bathrooms are perhaps too big at the expense of living room area, which is adequate, but tight. Don't mind the wood cabinets either as opposed to the new white ones in the newer kitchens, especially given the rent savings on the older units. Except for the corner units (which also get great natural light) the balconies are a little small too, but adequate. Not crazy about having to drive my garbage up to the compactor (vs chutes, eg, ea floor), but that's only a minor complaint. My only one. And finally, SUNNY IS AN EXCELLENT FRONT OFFICE REP/GUIDE FOR YOU! SHE WAS VERY PATIENT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FUN!

First time renting and the people at city vista made it a great experience. Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly, and reliable in particular Sunny (manager) and Shane (maintenance). Common areas were kept clean as well as the amenities and landscaping. Other residents were always pleasant and respectful, very nice community!

The apartments are lovely. Sunny is fantastic. She makes sure you have all your questions answered and wants you to feel comfortable and happy here. I would recommend this place.
