This company was a joke. They have shady practices and will try to use intimidation or scare tactics to get you to sign. They are unprofessional and will repeatedly request additional “proof” as they stretch out the application process to over a week. Seemingly in hopes of getting more application fees before letting someone sign. Thank God it took over a week because we were able to find a different home in much better condition, actually taken care of and cleaned, and with a team who had actually prioritized our application. I would highly recommend avoiding any properties managed by this company as they will not respond in a timely manner and i can only imagine how bad getting any form of repairs caused by their mistreatment of the property would have been. Nancy was not great.

We rented a home through this agency for 4 years and don't have a single complaint. Requests for maintenence are always handled within days , Cheyenne our direct contact is extremely responsive to emails . Highly recommend!

Call yourself to enquire about a property. Do not take my word for it. Not only did the woman who answer the phone act as though I was bothering her, she was the most unhelpful, unprofessional, and had not a bit of information. I most defiantly would not want to do business with someone who does not know how to conduct business. Imagine the problems tenants and owners would have.

Carlos Ramirez. the property manager managing my two rental properties in Vegas, IS TOTALLY FANTASTIC! Carlos is knowledgeable, proactive, responsive, quick on taking actions and following-up! And I am not exaggerating at all. He is by far the best property manager that I have ever worked with. Many times, I asked him for permission to write to City Villa's management to express my appreciation for his excellent customer service but he kept saying 'no'. He humbly said that he was only doing his job. Well, I cannot take his 'no' for an answer anymore. So I am writing this review. Thank you Carlos and congratulations for City Villa for having him in your team! Ray Chan

This company was amazing from the start. My son and I rented a beautiful home but it was super dirty when we moved in so I had to get it cleaned and things needed to be fixed replaced but what rental is perfect? So they came when time permitted since they have a lot of rentals which is good fixed what ever the owner of the home wanted to get done and the rest just grew on us. The receptionist is on top of everything makes you feel very comfortable and the owner went over and beyond for me and my child we will be forever appreciative to this understanding company. I would recommend anyone to go here.
