From the very first interaction, my experience moving into my new apartment has been wonderful. The team was incredibly welcoming and so patient with all the questions I had during the process. Diana and Christina were truly amazing — kind, attentive, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Their warmth and professionalism made what can be a stressful transition feel smooth and positive. I’m so grateful for the care and support they showed and excited to call this place home.

My daughter has lived at CityView Vinings for over a year, and her apartment has developed a serious black mold problem. The vents are covered in mold, and when maintenance came to “clean” them, they just spread it around instead of fixing the source. A professional mold inspector confirmed it’s 100% mold from water damage. Now all of her belongings — clothes, shoes, furniture, and even her dogs’ food — are covered in mold, and her asthma has gotten much worse from breathing the air in that unit. The leasing office has ignored this issue, and at this point, she just needs to move out for her health and safety. This is unacceptable living management, and I would strongly warn others before renting here. DO NOT MOVE HERR

I have been a resident for 2+ years and our apartment complex has had more issues in the past year that is seriously affecting our lifestyle. •Broken gates for past 2 years then fixing it for a day and just to be broken again. Currently ongoing issue for past 6 months. A few cars were broken into on 4th of July 2024. •Trash Valet that is a mandatory fee but it has not showed up on several dates in the past 2 months to the 7th floor. Most recently 8/31/25, 9/2/25, & 9/25/25. We hope this will be addressed as we are paying for this service. The work around solution has been having maintenance pick up trash on in the morning which feels unfair if we are paying for a third party to do this task. Luckily we have not been charged with fee for leaving trash cans out that they would typically i

We have recently found out that the ladies at the office have lost their co-worker and we truly want to commend them for their efforts through this time. Through it all they have been helpful, kind and most importantly held strong. We had no idea of the ordeal they have managed to work through. I wanted to share this to help future residents with the move-out process, because it’s not as straightforward as it should be. I loved living here but the way management handles move-out left a really bad impression. They will not confirm your exact notice-to-vacate date. Even if you ask directly (“please confirm this date is correct”), they’ll dance around it and never give you a clear answer. If you’re even one day off, they’ll call it late. My advice: email your notice a day early and keep everything in writing. I actually did this because I suspected they’d try that — and sure enough, when I turned in my hard copy, they said it was late. Luckily, I had proof it wasn’t. I was also charged $100 for “17 deep holes”, even though Georgia law (O.C.G.A. § 44-7-34) says landlords can’t char
