City View Apartments

I would like to give this place a better review because my apartment is lovely. It has hardwood floors, a nice patio a great view of the city. Secure access, and it’s relatively affordable compared to everything else in town plus I believe that my particular apartment was recently redone to be nice and fresh and clean. Also, it is relatively quiet. However., Although the management staff are very nice, they do not enforce rules the hallways stink from trash that is not being managed properly. And the common areas are awful. I do understand that the individuals within the building contribute to the common area as being awful, but the cleaning staff here are awful, and there is not a lot of repairs that take place when walls are scratched or scuffed or floors are dirty or stained. Love our apartment! Building is well maintained and tenants are kept well informed. Maintenance staff is polite and quick to respond to issues. People are friendly and respectful. The floor is quiet. Great place.

Very attentive staff, affordable apartments with modern updates.

Can’t enter my building with said key fob they said they would give us better access to weeks ago. And no call backs updates or any kind of communication Locked out of my building every time I go to work.

Unprofessional, don’t expect anything to be repaired in your unit correctly or the office to get back to you in a timely manner, still will raise your rent despite horrible issues with unit. They don’t work with you at all when you want to resolve the problem an over charge you when you want to leave early for them letting a leak turn into a mold problem. Maintenance won’t work on much but will turn your maintenance request into being done without entering.
