City Summit Apartments

I have been a resident for going on 3 years - but I almost wasn’t. The past management was horrible. Nothing was getting fixed. Rules weren’t being enforced and the complex was filthy and falling apart. BUT This new management team is amazing (and that is an understatement). They treat me with kindness and dignity, they treat my maintenance issues with urgency as though they were their own and they have cleaned up the complex. Rules put in place to keep the complex looking nice are now being enforced. It’s not a new complex - I like to call it vintage. My daughter and I are allowed to keep a garden and decorate our patio for more privacy. We enjoy the little quirks that were built into apartments like our wetbar and all the extra storage. Moving can be a challenge, especially when unexpected issues arise during the move-in. Dealing with new apartment staff can be a challenge if one doesn’t happen to engage the right staff. My experience moving into City Summit apartments was particularly tough. Although I initially secured my first choice, a plumbing problem prevented me from moving in. Alternatives two and three didn’t work out either—some due to my preferences, others because the apartments weren’t ready. Ultimately, I found a final option that closely matched what I wanted within my budget. Throughout this process, I want to highlight the exceptional assistance I received from two staff members. Dominic is an awesome maintenance supervisor. He has gone above and beyond to help us with any issues we have had since moving into the apartments at the end of January....any problems we have had which were minor he still made us feel like it was a priority. I appreciate him and the rest of the maintenance staff.

This apartment complex is definitely not luxury apartments as advertised. It is more like ghetto apartments. There's always trash around all over the grounds. The fitness center has a chain and padlocks on the door so you can't use the amenities that you pay for. When you first move in they ask you to complete a paper stating any issues with the apartment itself. That paper has been submitted and no one has addressed any of the issues that were listed. The work order has been in the system since 2 days after I moved in but I'm still not able to use my bathroom sink as it leaks all over the floor anytime the water is turned on. I have put in other work orders since the initial one for different issues that I found after move in. Maintenance is the worst here. This has been months this has b

Relocating is never easy and the new team here at City Summit apartments made it very simple. Move in costs were clearly explained by Adasa and she made sure all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Im in love with my townhome unit I have the layout I have is the 1 bedroom -1.5 bathroom and it is beautiful. There is no pest problem and they offer pest control if any issues.
