City Plaza Apartments

Nomi Matthews was the leasing agent that gave me a tour and she’s so amazing! She is so helpful and carries with her a good attitude and so much warmth! She answered all my questions patiently and is very knowledgeable.

This apartment complex has great pricing for it to be downtown near Georgia State and Underground Atlanta. The best part was the leasing agent Constance Farmer. She was amazing. She made things simple and easy from start to finish. When I needed questions answered, she didn't hesitate to help, if she was busy she would call back within the hour. When we did the tour for the very first time she explained every detail, the do's and don't, what to expect, how safe the building was, the parking, everything. She made this experience one for the books. If you're looking for a place to live this is definitely the place to come. Oh, and don't forget to ask for Constance.

Greetings, I currently live at City Plaza residences and I am writing this review because I needed to say "Thank you" to the new management and I wanted to do so publicly. I liked City Plaza immediately when I moved in; however, I could see areas that needed improvement. I was elated when I attended a meet and greet for Nomi, Jeremy, and Connie joining the community. I honesty was not prepared for what followed. There have been immediate, visible changes made weekly since they joined City Plaza. The changes that were made and facilitated make me more comfortable, feel safer, and I feel like rules have been established that all residents must follow. The patios are beautiful and debris free. Nomi was extremely helpful and enthusiastic to show me an apartment even though I arrived a little late. She created a warm environment and showed me two apartments. Her energy was absolutely amazing and I applied in the office. If you need a tour of these apartment, you ask for her! She’s a wonderful and professional leasing agent!

I love living at City Plaza. Shout out to Nomi in the front office who is always happy to answer my questions. I had so many questions at first, I thought I would wear out my welcome. But that is not the case. She is always cheerful and helpful.
