City Park Apartments

2/2/2026 Rent payment site is down, we have to go in with money orders. They close at 6pm but when I went at 5:25 no one was there. 1/5/2026 New Year, same nonsense. I'm still choking on cigarette smoke. My furniture and clothes are ruined. The mailboxes stay getting broken into and that area is broke down and raggedy. Informed delivery is a must. I've already had to replace my mailbox key. They supposedly have security but I've only seen them a handful of times in 7 months. The entrance gate stays broken for months at a time. My heat finally got fixed after 4 different visits from maintenance. Roaches have been popping up left and right. 11/19/2025 My unit does not have central heat. I asked them to fix it but they haven't and I had to contact code enforcement. They keep sending the same

My experience with the process to move in was awesome the leasing office staff agents was amazing. They've been so helpful Ms Kimberly is the best she went out her way to make sure we got our unit. I can gladly say she is the best staffing member that I've met with also Ms Marie was so helpful they both are funny and have a really good personality also I hope I spelled her name correctly. Everything that they did for me and my wife was unbelievable. They are so respectful very nice people, if I could give them a pay raise myself I would. We love the apartment there is a few things about the unit that need some replacement. My living experience so far is great very comfortable and convenient for my needs, they get the job done in a timely manner with updates from the team. The community amenities are truly impressive, The model apartment was beautifully designed, clean, and gave me a clear sense of how comfortable it would be to live here. What stood out most was the attention to detail and how much care goes into maintaining the property. The team’s knowledge and enthusiasm made the whole experience enjoyable, and I left feeling confident that City Park apartments could be my future home.
