City Lofts on Laclede

City lofts is a great place to live! The apartments are spacious and decently priced. The new management is phenomenal! You can already see changes taking place and they are very helpful!

This place checked every box for me, the location is awesome and I never had a hiccup with staff/maintenance. The community makes you feel safe as well! Would still be here if not moving for work. :)

Worst apartment experience. Management is completely irresponsible and ignores residents when problems arise. Reaching anyone for help is nearly impossible. They add unnecessary extra charges without proper explanation and show zero accountability. This place is especially not student-friendly. I strongly warn students to avoid City Lofts you will regret choosing this apartment. I regrate for even giving the one star!

I’ve lived in City Lofts for two years and can honestly say I’ve really enjoyed it. As a student and a full time worker it is crucial for me to have somewhere close by and relaxing and city lofts has all of that for me.The only issues I have the high utility costs and some minor issues with amenities which I've asked about and have yet to figure out but that’s been the only issue. The leasing office and maintenance team is timely and accountable. Love ya CL!

Lived here for 2 years and never had any problems. The maintenance staff were always quick to address any issues we had, the front office was always kind and quick to respond, and they gave us a surprising amount of free food, which I appreciated.
