City Lofts Apartments

5 stars isn’t nearly enough for City Lofts! After living here for three years, I can wholeheartedly recommend this apartment complex to anyone searching for a great place to call home! Tracey, the office manager, and Aaron, who handles maintenance, run the property exceptionally well. Tracey is always so kind and helpful anytime you need something. In my three years here, I’ve only had a couple of minor maintenance issues, and Aaron resolved them quickly, even once on a weekend! The complex itself is quiet, with wonderful neighbors. The location couldn’t be better, conveniently close to grocery stores, shopping, and more. City Lofts has truly been a great place to call home!

I love my new home! The maintenance team is highly responsive to my app requests and completed requests immediately with written notices left in my home regarding completed work. The property manager, Tracey W. has been prompt, responsive, friendly and helpful with my application process, move in questions, and in passing daily. I can text the property manager and receive timely responses to any questions and the entire team is aware of all property related concerns with immediate action. The common area is open 24 hrs for laundry room, neighbors are respectful and friendly, super pet friendly home, enjoy game room while doing laundry and security doors for safety. I really enjoyed my time living at City Lofts. I was here for 9 months and liked that all utilities were included. My apartment was very clean and repairs were always complete on the same day. Tracey was an amazing property manager. She responded to my messages quickly and always ensured that I had no issues with my apartment. I was on the fourth floor and my apartment was really comfortable. The view was nice and it was very quiet for the most part. The walls were a little thin and I heard dogs barking from neighbors below, but nothing crazy. The pool area outside is a nice area to sit and laundry is on the first floor. I live here and I’m a Google guide, and I believe I have a duty to honestly review this place. I moved to Williamsburg, with very little to my name, and I desperately needed a place last minute, and there was only two or three options available and this was one of them. I read the reviews and I noticed that there were several negative ones from a few years back but people rarely look at date of review and instead when they see a tag like “lying” it’s really really not good for a business. So I looked past that and went in to meet with the Property Manager and take a look at a room. Long story short, I live here, but that’s not enough proof because who knows your circumstances? City lofts Apartments is very quiet and safe, which was one of the main reasons I chose to live here. The management team is very cooperative, always respectful, and quick to respond. The maintenance staff are professional and resolve any issues promptly without delays. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and secure home.
