City Heights Steeplechase Apartments

First time apartments owners, my partner, infant son, and I; And we had an extremely easy experience in the entire process of getting our apartment. I forget her name at the moment, but the lady in the office was very helpful in getting everything we needed or needed to know, since it was a first time experience for us as a family. The apartment itself is roomy and having amenities that other apartments around the area do not have. The location is in the heart of everything, whether it be school, work, the gym, the park, downtown, or just close to a nearby grocery store. 10/10 experience, would highly recommend and renew paperwork

I love living at these Apartments! They’re very nice and quiet; the pool is very beautiful. Our management Ms. Angie is very understanding and kind as well.

Apartments are very nice , great for a family to share good memories. A lot of great and useful amenities from pool to gym , dog park etc . I have made the best decision by choosing City Heights Steeplechase.

Maintenance is horrible, Angie is awesome, explanations about the lease before signing need to be better explained and they shouldn't charge for for things that were never used! I've reached out to corporate several times and have never gotten a call, text or email back!

I live in steeplechase for a years and maintenance Is always very diligent in getting things done the office staff can. Do better with answering the phone and Communication and also there should be a pet weight limit for upstairs apts it’s not fair for the downstairs neighbor
