Come for the cockroaches, Stay for the Phantom fees and Overcharging. Place is a dump run by absolute slumlords. The pool they promised fixed in June is half filled and Green in October. Management doesn’t respond to emails. Management doesn’t respond to emails. It’s been three days since I put in a maintenance request on my broken air conditioners and still nothing. SIGNEY SUERO the maintenance personnel for vizcaya villas Tamarac is extremely kind and personable. Not only did he fix the ac concern (rate it even happens here) but he made sure my puppy was safe and even cleaned the air filter and taught me how to keep up with basic maintenance - which I appreciate because it was extremely fatherly in nature. Please give him a raise or something. He’s truly one of a kind - Tiera
