I can't even begin to describe how patient and forthright the staff is at this place. They put up with my indecisiveness, my desire for an early move in, and general concerns about finding an apartment until I found the place I loved. I appreciate them for all they did for me!

The maintenance guys are barbarians. They ruined a bunch of my carpet and wood floors in one visit and had nothing to say about it. I also told them I'm due for back surgery and it's currently in a lot of pain but they still forced me to labor for them.

Just despicable. The management don't care about anything. Completely unresponsive. The security refuses to do anything about constant package thefts from every building and they won't install cameras. Their employees don't comply with covid-19 guidelines(masks and distancing).

Great place to live. Close to the parks and buses. Great leasing company, front office, and maintenance guys. Clean and safe.

Maintenance manager is extremely unprofessional and abrasive and everything is always broken. There's almost no security there either and the owners don't care about all the crime.
