We lived there for two years and it just got worse over time. The management was constantly changing and there were SIGNIFICANT mold issues to this very day. My friends had a unit in a separate building and were experiencing the same problems. We had multiple clothing items, shoes, books, bedding, etc. start to grow mold. They did nothing about it. Highly recommend not living here

I have lived here for one year already and I would say the atmosphere is none other than cozy and welcoming! It's great coming home after a challenging day of work! The inside of the apartment itself is very nice and spacious and that is where the one star come from, other than that this place is awful. When I lived in this complex I find the management very unreliable. I have sent multiple emails about various issues I was having with the complex and non of them was resolved. There was no filter in my dryer when I moved in and never got a new one, even if maintenance came by to see what the issue was, because of that I had to dry my clothes at least 5 times for them to be dry. Our microwave didn't have a turntable, we eventually got one that wasn't the correct size for our microwave but we had to deal with what they gave us. Hi there i moved out on the 1st of May and yet still to receive my deposit, I'm just wondering if anybody had received there's and how long did it take? And watch for the cleaning fee they will charge you $500 for no reason.

After moving out on March 21st, I have yet to receive my security deposit, despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue. KNOW THIS: According to Florida law, landlords are required to return the security deposit within 30 days or provide written notice of a claim against it. Bahama Bay Apartments has failed to do either. Instead, they are now asking me to pay an additional $35 to pick up a check they should have sent long ago. Their handling of this situation is unacceptable, and I strongly advise against renting from Bahama Bay Apartments if you expect to get your security deposit back in a timely manner. Plus - ULDA is unprofessional and has no idea what she is doing!
