Citrus Tower

I resided at Citrus Tower Apartments for five years and truly enjoyed my experience at the community. The only reason for my departure was a job-related relocation. During my time there, I found the community to be welcoming and friendly. My neighbors were consistently kind, and the overall atmosphere was positive. Maintenance requests were addressed promptly—typically within 24 hours—and Jose and his team provided excellent service. The property itself is well maintained, with clean and attractive grounds. The swimming pool is serviced weekly, and the spacious layout of the complex makes it ideal for residents with pets, offering ample shaded and grassy areas for walks, especially during the warmer months. I really am only giving this place 3 stars because of the leasing office employee that toured with us. She was beyond friendly and very knowledgable. However, we toured multiple complexes across Clermont and this had to be by far the worst one. First we toured the non-renovated / refurbished apartment, and it was decent, but overpriced for what it really was. The issue was with the refurbished apartment, which was 200 dollars more expensive. It was significantly smaller, and the inside was utterly disgusting. Backwards light fixtures, horrible smells coming from the bathrooms, and destroyed doors. It was obviously smoked in as well, the walls were yellowing and there was a lingering cigarette smell. Citrus Tower Apartments, a wonderful and an ideal place for everyone that is trying to find a place to live before buying a house. There are a lot of things I like about this apartment such as people, the views, things around like pool, soccer court, and volleyball field. Let’s talk about people, we have really really great system, more than what I expected, the staffs are really great, they are willing to help you with anything you need, provide you the best information. I have 3 favorites staff that I can actually talk to them all day about my problems and sharing my happiness, Jacqueline, Sabrina, and Susan, they are beautiful, not just their looks, also their personality, and their souls. Unbelievable..I had a tour scheduled for 1:00 today; when we got there, Jackie, the leasing agent already had 2 people at her desk that she was assisting, but no problem. We sat and not once did she speak, much less even acknowledged us after 10-15 minutes! To think, I was scheduled for a tour, made it on time, waited and was completely ignored. Needless to say, we left disappointed. I knew we were not welcomed and it showed!
