Citrus Oaks Apartments

The staff has no integrity. Management informed me before I signed my lease that my rent would be discounted because my apartment shares an AC unit with the leasing office; after signing, I was charged $1,600 for my studio apartment and later told they would instead install a private AC unit, which never happened. After a year of unresolved issues, including move-in condition concerns and repeated follow-ups, I chose to move out and recommend getting all agreements in writing. The leasing office continued to charge full price utilities even though they controlled my heating and cooling. The thermostat was locked in their back room. This is a wonderful hotel for both short and long term stays! It is very close to Disney World, Orlando International Airport, restaurants, and shopping. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Orlando!

My family has been living here 5 years. The community has gone through major changes and is safer and cleaner. Miss Becky and Brandi have been very helpful with references and always has a smiling face. Great place to live

I’ve lived here since February and quickly this place has turned into home. Ms.Becky and Ms.Brandi are always helpful and informative and if they’re unsure of something they do their absolute best to find the answers quickly. They always ask how I’m doing and if there’s anything I need and the community is super pet friendly. I love living here and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to rent.

Citrus oaks apartments are nice & definitely affordable. I’ve lived here for over 5 years now. I once loved living in this community because it didn’t feel like it was connected to the surrounding community, until the last few months the peace has decreased & seems to riddled with junkies and street walkers I get random knocks on my window/door @ any given time. Not to mention the people that sleep in the halls that have turned walking outside/inside into an obstacle course… also make sure not to leave any valuables in your car & keep it locked…. Also make sure you’re looking both ways before stepping into the parking lot/drag strip for safety…. What once was a peaceful safe haven for me now feels unsafe.
