Citrus Glen Apartments

One thing about this place is as long as you respect it, it will respect you! It's been a long time since I returned to be inside this complex and I can say not too many things have changed about it. I can see some of the desperate looks on the people living here are dying to get out. You have to be very careful what you find within the garden of Glen because it can and will poison your mind and soul! This place has garnered my two star review because although I want to give it a one star rating I can't simply because the glen is of my ilken brothers. I can't even begin to account for the amount of serious code violations throughout the entire complex itself. If you can find another place to rent, please do so. Overpriced with no true amenities and the property manager is extremely rude and hostile towards the tenants. The maintenance workers don't know what their doing and they always have to hire contractors to fix their mistakes. Overall, not a great place to live with your family.

The only problem I've had is getting maintenance here in a timely manor. We went without water for 6 days " cause it slipped through the cracks." The assistant also told me how I could not sit in the front and watch my daughter ride her bike and stated how it was in the contract that we were only allowed to sit in common areas, which were in the back by the playground or on the cement square by the dumpster, which is fine, I Just feel like they are worrying about the wrong things. Kids are jumping the fences getting into the pool even when its closed, tons of kids running around without supervision, but yet i cant sit in the front and watch my daughter ride her bike. They also quick to put papers on your door on how you violated the lease, but cant keep up with their side of the contract l

Not to say I don’t want to be here however I didn’t want to move into another apartment, because I want to purchase a home. So I was doing what it takes to take care of my children. 1. Maintenance is a joke. Office managers are disrespectful. My apartment was flooded before I moved in. Has old and outdated appliances. The AC and heat didn't work properly since day one. The more I complain the less get done. I would not recommend to anyone
