Citrus Breeze Apartment Homes

Been living in Citrus Breeze for about three years in a two bedroom one bath. It’s a good size apartment nice floor plan and a spacious restroom. It’s pretty much quiet in apartment complex not too many units. The General Manager ShirLaé is a straight forward woman which I appreciate. Never had any issues with the leasing team and paying rent is pretty much easy you can pay online or in person. My only issue with this apartment complex is the laundry room there’s not enough washers and dryer‘s for the amount of tenants they only have five washers and five dryers but the room is large enough to carry double that amount of machines and sometimes you get two or three washers that are out of operation. Other than that the rent is fair and it’s a decent location

I have been a resident here for 4 years. I had the pleasure to meet the staff personally. The office staff is awesome. Any time I have a question or concern Lorena, Lizeth, and the new girl Marlene answer right away. The General Manager (ShirLaé) is great, she does resident events and genuinely cares about her residents. Maintenance is on top of everything, Isaac, Laura, Aurelio, Juan are doing a good job. Love living here.

I have been living here for a few months already and I can tell you that this is a great complex to live in. Issac and Laura were great with helping me out whenever I had maintenance issues with my apartment. Lorena, Marlene, and Krystian are super helpful whenever you need helping setting up work orders and any kinds of problems. Miss Shirlae is a great manager to have. I have only the best things to say about this entire team. They’re the bees knees. Woop Woop.

Citrus Breeze is blessed to have such excellent management such as Shirlaé and Lorena. The leasing agents are a pleasure to interact with. On top of that the maintenance people who I've had the pleasure of meeting Isaac and Laura are good about keeping things fixed and working.

This is a great place to live it's very quiet very friendly I been here almost 13yrs in February and I really love it and I love rasing my children here the general manager Shirlae Is very polite and reasonable whenever you have an issue or if you need anything fixed she will fix it she makes sure as her job that she knows all her residents and even their children she does fun activities for the kids for holidays Or even back to school she gives them backpacks and school supplies when she doesn't have to she makes these apartments very welcome and the Assistant manager Lorena is very nice and she makes sure she knows all her residents and when you go in the office she ask how you were how was your day how are your kids and if you need anything fix she's willing to get the workorder in fas
