Citrine Apartments Arcadia

The location and the community of people are unmatched. I loved it until I didn’t. Perfect if you don’t have any maintenance issues, nor have to interact with anyone behind an office wall. Because that’s just it, it’s like talking to the wall. They only know how to file paperwork, order a food truck and design a flyer for the elevator. It’s comical the last two reviews highlighting the assistant manager. If you want to be patronized with several “I’m sorry” or “I understand” go find her. If you want you want to be acknowledged but not helped in any way go to the main manager. The only consistent person Lynn, who was the nicest and most helpful person in that office, well the immature AM ran her out. Three years, over 5 different managers and the maintenance people are actually running

I want to give a shout out to the citrine apts and their level of hospitality. In particular, I want to shout out Brittney Logue who always makes me feel like I am home. She is always on top of fun community engagement and making this building in top form. I will recommend people to live here (and I have!) because of the trust I have in citrine knowing Brittney is at the front. They have improved their building maintenance as well with the new supervisor stepping in recently. Rashad I believe.

I have lived at this apartment for about six months now and have had nothing but great experiences. Brittany is the Property manager, and she always answers my questions thoroughly. I seriously probably had 100 questions before and around, move in and she answered every single one of them with care. You can tell she really cares about her residents and makes an effort to make the community a fun place. There are always food trucks and random events going on, which makes it a really great environment. There is a community garden and a large outdoor area with 2 pools to enjoy with family, friends, and dogs. The amenities overlook Camelback Mountain, and it is gorgeous. The maintenance team has been incredibly responsive and quick and always on top of any fixes - super friendly too! I don’t h

I lived at the property for a little over a year and enjoyed my residency with Citrine. Having to relocate for work has been hard because I had to say goodbye to the amazing staff and amenities. Lynn is very sweet and assisted me well with my move-in, Daja is amazing as she assisted me quickly with any financial errors I encountered, and Carley is amazing as she has a plan to keep the property in extraordinary condition. I am sad that I will not be living there when the new improvements are completed, but I am grateful to have called Citrine my home! I would recommend this community to anyone.

The maintenance team is great. Brittany and front office have always addressed all my issues or questions. I've been here about 4 years and overall a solid place to rent.
