Citadel at Tech Ridge Apartments

Lailen Hall (Leasing Consultant) was absolutely on it. She handled every twist and turn my mom and I threw her way with ease and did an excellent job easing my mom’s nerves throughout the process. She gave us a great tour of the property—I would have never guessed it was only her first week. Alissa Flores (Assistant Manager) was quick to respond to my questions and consistently followed up with emails, which I really appreciated. DeChell Strother (Manager) was incredibly helpful and refreshingly honest. She helped recenter my expectations and went above and beyond on the administrative side. She was very patient while I worked through paperwork issues, and she and her staff took the time to sit down with me to ensure the application was completed correctly. Overall, an outstanding team

Please please please do not move here. This apartment has had repeat offenders stealing and breaking into our cars. Yet they still don't do anything about it. If you move here put cameras EVERYWHERE in your car, balcony, and by your windows . The gates are ALWAYS open and or malfunctioning. The gate that you walk through is ALSO broken. update February 3rd: we had another round multiple break ins at 6pm cops were call and they sent out a helicopter to track down two individuals and they got away. The Gates were left open yet again. And there was no security😡

If I could give 10 stars I would. I want to thank Miss Strothers for the support and understanding she showed me during a very difficult time. She listened, communicated clearly, and treated me with genuine respect throughout the entire process. Her professionalism and compassion made a stressful situation so much easier to navigate. She took the time to explain my options and made sure I felt supported, not judged. Because of her leadership and the way she cares for residents, this truly feels like one of the best communities I’ve lived in. Thank you, Miss Strothers, for your kindness and dedication. It really meant a lot.

The office staff has poor communication skills and bad customer service. It takes days to get a response on a simple inquiry, and once they finally get back to you, it comes with an attitude. You can tell based on their responses to other reviews... If you are considering moving here, I recommend that you do a short term lease, just in case.

Alyssa is super kind, respectful, understanding, and nice. She was willing to listen to our concerns and took action immediately. She is awesome!
