Circa 37 Apartments

Did a walk-in tour with my sister today and Al was extremely helpful. He was the only leasing professional in the area that was not only welcoming, but also willing to do a tour. I understand sometimes offices are booked with appointments, but the initial greeting matters too. I would highly recommend this community not only for the apartments themselves but also the customer service from the leasing office. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and professional.

Just moved to this complex and I’ve been feeling particularly compelled to leave a review. Circa 37’s team made the leasing process seamless and accessible. Alex, in particular, has been phenomenal through this entire process. He is on top of things, incredibly responsive, and kind, above all else. We were drawn back to this community over and over again, during our apartment search, due to how approachable Alex is and how well he communicated all the nitty gritty details. His knowledge of the community helped us zero in on THE perfect apartment. I will be recommending this community to all my friends and family in the area, emphasizing they should work with Alex. Tenant said anywhere not covered is ok to park. I parked and there was no signage. Apparently apt mgmt has been toying with idea of numbered assigned spots. I Got towed by Western Towing, and out $475 picking up my car 4hrs later. Leasing office major fail, 0 of 5 stars.

I had to stop and write a review because truly I have had an excellent experience with Circa 37. I especially want to give a shout out to Devon at the leasing office for being exceptionally timely with responding to emails and being very helpful in general. He consistently went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and living preferences throughout the move-in process. The apartments are spacious and very modern. The area feels safe and looks beautiful. The grocery store, pharmacy, coffee, all of it is walkable across the street. 10/10 y’all, I’m happy.

****Potential Renter Beware of Future Move Out Charges****** Things at Circa37 were pretty pleasant for most of our stay, and I will put a pros and cons list at the bottom to give you an idea, but the move out process is where I feel Circa's management is taking advantage of people by charging them fees for painting when it's included in normal wear and tear because of that I had to give them a low rating because it's just not right to try and take advantage of people. The issue is I was charged $152.78 for painting, one of Circa's management team Margo, told me that the paint is supposed to last 36 months and they prorate the amount of time you have been living there, so since we were living there for just over a year they gave us a credit for $92 for paint and charged us the rest. **Di
