HORRIBLE REAL ESTATE PRACTICE This real estate company has the worst agent/worker , Phana phang has no law experience and likes to abuse business laws by making laws up that don’t even favor in his rights and make false claims , this is the worst experience I have ever had to deal with and super unprofessional, I have multiple commercial properties I am leasing , by far this is the worst experience I have ever come across , I would report to bbb but there is no information about this company , and I’m current in contact with the bbb to fix that , my experience with this property management has been the biggest waste of time and money thanks to this clown , Phana phang likes to accuse and make false reports, and try to hold me accountable for modifications that the previous tenant perfor
