Cinnamon Square Apartments

Don’t let this older apartment community fool you. This place is super cute and very comfortable to live at. Lisa the office manager is like a mother hen to Cinnamon Square. She truly cares about everyone and everything here. I truly couldn’t ask for a better apartment manager. Even the maintenance staff is super friendly. My neighbors are super friendly. I have had great conversations with everyone I have seen in my building. They are all respectful and have lived here for 10 plus years. It’s amazing to finally find a super cute apartment with friendly people in a large city. I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else, unless I was to buy my own home. Thank you to Lisa, the rest of the management team, and the residents for making this a great living experience so far.

I have enjoyed living here so far. I feel safe and it's very quiet. I never have any trouble with my neighbors.The office ladies are nice and very helpful especially Lisa. They are very quick to fix anything that I call about. The pools are also always very clean and well kept as are the grounds. They also allow pets. They also do community things sometimes like a cookout pool party for the 4th of July. Great community here!

My boyfriend and I have lived here for a very long time. We have not moved for a reason. Maintenance always responds to any requests in a timely manner. Office staff, especially Lisa is amazing. And the community events as well as general atmosphere make this apartment complex really, truely feel like home.

It's a really great place to live save money and feel secure. I have lived here for 8 years now and I have never had any problems with any other tenants or people. Lisa the manager is great. I've known her for a long time she is fair but firm, you have to be. Overall I recommend, especially if you need an apartment close to OCCC or need something that's nice, easy and all bills paid for someone older or just want a good place to live on the southside that's affordable.

I am 23 years of age and this is my first time living on my own. Like anyone at this age I was so afraid of moving out and finding someplace I would actually enjoy living at. DO NOT be like me and make your judgement on this complex based by the outside appearance. I’m currently in a 1 bedroom and it so spacious, and has so much closet space!!! The grounds are well kept, my neighbors are kind, not to mention Lisa and Naomi do so much to show recognition and thanks to all residents. It’s a great apartment.
