Cinnamon Creek Townhomes

This place has been great. I've lived here since mid-2021 and have always received quick responses from maintenance as well as the main office whenever I've needed something. There is another review talking about roaches and I'm not sure if they reviewed the right place. I have not seen a single roach since living here, and they do quarterly bug spraying. Any time I've noticed any sort of bug problem beyond a bug that wandered in from outside, they hop on it very quickly. Also, there's another review talking about noise from neighbors upstairs. This complex does NOT have upstairs neighbors. Everything in Cinnamon Creek is a 2-story townhouse. We have neighbors on one or both sides and that's it. At what point do all of you take complaints seriously? I have lived in my apartment for almost a year and have not had a single peaceful night because my neighbors are constantly jumping off of their upstairs furniture and shaking my bed and the decor on my walls. From about 6am until between 11pm and 1am DAILY. I’ve made at least 20 complaints in these 11 months and they’ve all be thrown to the wind because they can’t “verify the noise”, even though I’ve taken videos of noise happening WHILE maintenance was here that their men “can’t hear” I’ve called 5+ times asking if we have a large furniture pickup day, each time to be told “can I find out and call you back in five minutes?” I need to know if I need to have this couch hauled off or if I can just sit it by the dumpster. This place is so terrible. It's infested with roaches and the "maintenance men" that they hire off the street aren't qualified to do anything. Trust me, skip this place on your apartment hunt. So many cockroaches.
