Place is a joke - they’ve had like 3 managers already. Should’ve taken the first managers advice to why he was leaving soon. Roaches , Ants and including possible intoxication over tar roof maintenance, what are the odds all the top floor people moved out a month or two after the installation. They state no food/parties in the pool area yet you see tables and gatherings in them. Parking is a joke plenty without placards parking where they are not supposed to, one car broken down missing two wheels on wooden blocks over two years in the same spot. Management posts letters on doors over rent/water like if we live in a third world country, when stating someone will be in office at posted times to collect rent always in lunch. Management is awful and there is no form of security or care for the residents here. There is constant construction occurring at the apartments, one of which was right in front of my apartment where they were burning asphalt for THREE DAYS straight. The water is constantly being shut off in addition to there not being hot water. I also had my mailbox broken into and management did NOTHING. I had my credit card stolen and all they said was that there was nothing they could do because their cameras don’t work despite calling the police. Absolutely unacceptable. When requesting for services such as small fixes to the walls, bathroom, patio, etc. there are always delays and/or cancellations where they never come in the end. I had an incident in the residential parking area where I mistakenly parked in a handicapped spot. This was entirely my fault, and I take full responsibility. I ignorantly used the spot to quickly gather some things and use the bathroom. This should not have happened, but it was the first and only time it occurred. However, the female property manager falsely claimed it happened multiple times without providing any examples to support her statement. In this situation, management did not enforce parking policies directly. Instead, a tenant responded by honking her horn repeatedly for 10 minutes, causing a noise disturbance. Don’t live here! Very horrible place to live, they will brake into your house steal your belonging. They will steal your truck. The office manager Sasha will not help or assist in any circumstances, she is very rude and obnoxious. One hundred percent unprofessional. She should be fired immediately for the bad services she provides. The complex has lots of mold, huge roaches bigger than my thumb and they can fly! They are sewer roaches. They have rats. Don’t live here if you’re looking for a peaceful place to be. The windows are outdated, nothing has been upgraded to code in the home itself. Cinnamon Creek Apartment is the best place to live. The manager Sasha and her team are always trying their best to solve the residence problems. The maintenance team takes action as soon as someone calls about any problems.
