Our experience purchasing our home was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We traveled from California to San Antonio to scope out areas where we could relocate our family for work, and from the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. We instantly knew this was the community where we wanted to raise our children. After touring homes and sharing our timeline with Phillip, including the exact dates we needed to move in by, he made it all happen seamlessly and stress-free. Communication was always clear and consistent, and we truly felt involved and informed every step of the way. 1 year home owner here. Rebecca has been great with us and is responsive to our service requests. She's been able to get our flooring looked at and fixed with some of the creeking it makes. She's had the concrete to our side walk that is next to our front lawn repaired. We got our fence door fixed as well. She's been amazing and she can be relatable as well which makes it feel more like a community rather than a business. My wife and I appreciate her a lot. She's also got plumbers and people to double check our sprinkler system to come out. Great service, great experience.

Ibrahim Eesa was an amazing home construction manager. He helped us with his whole heart before, during, and even after closing.
